Dhiraj Malik

Dhiraj brings deep experience in strategy and operations consulting in bio-pharmaceuticals, and his recent work has focused on commercial operations and organizational change management. Previously, head of Capgemini’s west coast Life Sciences practice, Dhiraj has developed several service offerings in Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Delhi College of Engineering, and an MBA from The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Vineet Gulati

Vineet has over 22 years of experience in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical consulting. He previously was responsible for Capgemini's Western US Region Pharmaceutical Consulting Practice.  He led several initiatives aimed at improving business operations and change management at global Life Sciences clients and has proven success in implementing strategic supply chain, quality, and clinical transformation programs. Vineet managed a multi-year Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and led a consortium of pharmaceutical companies & FDA to create industry guidance and regulations.

Larry Kupeli

A seasoned Life Sciences executive with 20 years of industry and consulting experience, Larry has worked with start-up, ‘top ten,’ and nonprofit organizations. His focus is commercial operations, quality, and development, helping clients strengthen their business processes and capabilities. Previously, Larry was Vice President of Marketing  for the MedicAlert Foundation, and Senior Manager in Capgemini LLC. He has presented on a wide range of topics and holds a patent on clinical informatics systems. Larry has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Boston College and an MBA from Boston University

Kashif Chaudhry

With 20 years of consulting and LS industry experience in North America and Europe, Kashif has consulted on a variety of issues including strategy formulation, product commercialization, market segmentation, and change management. Previously, a Vice-President in Gemini Consulting’s Life Sciences practice, Kashif holds a BS from the Johns Hopkins University, a MS from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management

Stan Knight

Stan has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in a variety of areas related to sales operations, field force effectiveness, clinical operations, big data analytics, outsourcing strategy, organizational change management and digital transformation.  For the past 15 years he has been focused on the Commercial and Clinical domains within the Life Sciences industry, in both consulting and in senior leadership roles with both a leading Biotech company and a Medical Device start-up.  Prior to that, Stan spent 10 years in the high technology industry with a focus on global market operations and strategic alliances.  He began his career as a Systems Engineer and then a Program Manager in the Aerospace Industry.  He  holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Nathan Ruff

Nathan brings more than 15 years experience in life sciences management consulting. His work has included sales & marketing assessment & transformation, strategy development, change management, facilitation, and project management. Leading projects in the North America, Europe, and Asia, Nathan has a breadth of experience helping organizations achieve tangible results. Educated at Brown University, Georgetown University and Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, Nathan speaks fluent English and French and continues to enjoy studying Spanish.

Ed Fritsch

Ed is a senior operations consultant with over 20 years in the Life Sciences industry and a strong focus on R&D and Clinical Development. Ed has experience in managerial, operational, technical, and business development functions. He has an extensive understanding of the full drug development lifecycle, from protocol feasibility, to DB lock, to regulatory approval. He has also worked extensively in data management, data aggregation, and data integration. Previously, Ed held senior consulting positions at Cognizant strategic consulting and Dendrite International. Ed holds a BS in Math and Computer Science from the Fairleigh Dickenson and Montclair State Universities.
